These terms of use govern your use of myluxeretreats.com (the "site"), operated by Luxe Retreats LLC, doing business as My Luxe Retreats ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information on this site
We work to keep information on the site accurate, but photos, descriptions, amenities and nearby places are provided for general information and may change. Distances are approximate. Home details sheets summarize each home and are not a contract.
Availability and rates
Availability shown on the site is updated automatically from our booking calendar but may not reflect the most recent changes, and a home is not reserved until a lease or booking is confirmed in writing. Rates shown are estimated averages and vary by season and length of stay. Your exact rate is confirmed when you apply or book and is locked once your lease is signed.
Applications and screening
Applications for our Brooklyn homes are completed through a third-party screening and payment platform, which verifies identity and income and may check credit and rental history in line with applicable law. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or availability. We follow fair housing laws and evaluate every applicant using the same written criteria.
Leases and bookings
Stays are governed by the lease, rental agreement or booking terms you sign, which control over anything on this site. Stays of 30 nights or more in New York are residential tenancies and are subject to New York law. Bookings made through Airbnb, Vrbo, Furnished Finder or another platform are also subject to that platform's terms.
Corporate, insurance and B2B arrangements
Corporate leases, carrier guarantees, direct billing and month-to-month terms are available as described on the site, subject to approval and to the written agreement for each placement.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We never ask for payment by gift card, wire transfer or cryptocurrency. If anyone asks you to pay outside our listed payment methods, do not pay and contact us at info@myluxeretreats.com.
Forms, messages and text updates
When you submit a form or contact us, you agree that we may respond by email, phone or text. Text updates are optional and governed by our SMS terms. How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.
Third-party sites and tools
The site links to and uses third-party services, including screening and payment platforms, booking platforms, scheduling tools and video hosting. We are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.
Intellectual property
The site's content, including text, photos, design and downloadable guides, belongs to My Luxe Retreats or is used with permission. You may download, print and share home details sheets and guides for evaluating a stay or placement, but not copy or republish site content for other purposes without our written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties about the site and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under a lease or under law that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they were last updated, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
