Yes. Full video walkthroughs are available: Botanical Garden video tour and Brooklyn Brydge video tour. In-person viewings can also be arranged on request, based on availability.
What is the minimum stay?
All homes are available for stays of 30 nights or more.
What is required to rent in Brooklyn?
Applicants complete an online application with identity and income verification. Approved applicants sign a lease and pay the first month's rent and a security deposit before move-in.
What is included?
All residences are fully furnished with linens, towels, a stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi and starter supplies. Brooklyn rent includes utilities.
Which hospitals are nearby?
Brookdale University Hospital is about 2 miles away. NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County, Interfaith Medical Center, Wyckoff Heights Medical Center and Jamaica Hospital Medical Center are each about 3 to 4 miles away. The Gotham Health East New York clinic is under a mile away. Distances are approximate.
Do you work with insurance carriers and employers?
Yes. We work directly with insurance adjusters, relocation coordinators and corporate housing teams.

Can you bill the insurance carrier directly?
Yes. We bill insurance carriers directly, provide a W-9 on request, and can put the lease in the corporate or insurer name.
Do you provide rollaway beds?
Yes. Rollaway beds are available on request to fit your group or crew. Each Brooklyn home sleeps up to 6.
Is there storage for tools or equipment?
For film and contractor crews, garage storage can be made available on request. Please ask in advance; storage is based on availability.
How do I get around?
The New Lots Av subway station (3 train) is about a 4-minute walk, and the B15 bus there runs to JFK Airport. The C train at Shepherd Av is about half a mile away, and the A and C trains at Euclid Av are under a mile. Free street parking and a shared driveway are available for drivers.
Where can I shop for groceries and essentials?
A supermarket is around the corner on Linden Boulevard. Gateway Center, about a mile away, has ShopRite, Target, Best Buy, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Burlington and more, plus a large parking garage.
Are there schools nearby?
P.S. 202 is about a quarter mile away, and P.S. 273 and P.S. 158 are each about half a mile away. Families should confirm school zoning and enrollment with the NYC Department of Education.
What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for a fee, subject to availability.
How does check-in work?
Each residence has a smart lock. Guests receive a personal entry code and a residence guidebook before arrival.
Is parking available?
Brooklyn has a narrow shared driveway plus free street parking. The Miami Beach residence includes free valet parking.
Are pets permitted?
Pets are allowed in Brooklyn Brydge with approval and a $200 pet fee. Botanical Garden and Miami Beach are pet-free. Service animals and approved assistance animals are welcome in all residences.
Is there a washer and dryer?
Botanical Garden and Brooklyn Brydge both have an in-unit washer and dryer.
How quickly can a family move in?
Brooklyn residences are move-in ready. Once the application is approved, the lease is signed and the first month and deposit are received, residents get their entry code and guidebook before move-in.
Can a stay be extended?
Yes, subject to availability. Let us know at least 30 days before the end date and we'll confirm an extension in writing.
Is smoking permitted?
No. All residences and properties are smoke-free, including vaping.
